Discovery Bars


During the Monday and Tuesday during Savour Australia 2013, six ‘discovery’ bars allowed guests to unearth an array of wines that aimed to challenge current perceptions of Australian wine. These ‘discovery’ bars had wines that were a little ‘left’ or maybe even ‘right’ of centre, alternate varieties, old friends and all the variants in-between. Guests were able to taste and learn at leisure and also pitted their palettes on a melange of ‘mystery wines’.
